23 Useful Things to Watch for on Amazon Prime Day
Prime Day is coming, and this time I’m looking beyond sewing supplies. These aren’t sewing tools, but they’re the kind of useful, clever, practical things I’m always happy to find on sale.
I picked 23 items that caught my attention because they solve everyday problems, make life a little easier, or are simply fun to have. Some I already own and use myself, and others made the list because I am thinking of buying something similar and these have lots of good reviews and looked worth watching when the Prime Day prices drop.
Not yet a Prime member? Perhaps now it’s the time to try it. The link below will take you to a sign-up screen where you can read all about the benefits. Remember, Amazon offers a 30 days free period in which no payments will be processed. You can cancel anytime during the 30 days period; this is what Amazon promises, and I have no reason to doubt it.
Note: Some of the links on this page are affiliate links. This means I will receive a commission if you order a product through one of my links. I only recommend products I believe in and use myself.
1. BISSELL Little Green Mini Portable Carpet Cleaner
This is the kind of cleaning machine that makes sense even if you already own a regular vacuum and a full-size carpet cleaner. The BISSELL Little Green Mini is made for the smaller messes you don’t want to drag a big machine out for — a spill on the sofa, a spot on the carpet, dining chairs that need refreshing, pet beds, stairs, or car upholstery.
It sprays cleaning solution, lets you scrub the spot with the 4-inch tool, and then sucks the dirty water back up. But one feature I especially like is the HydroRinse tool. You can use it to rinse the hose after cleaning instead of putting the machine away with dirty water and residue still sitting inside it. The Mini weighs only about 7 pounds, so it’s also much easier to carry around the house or out to the car than a traditional carpet cleaner.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: This is one of those products you might not use every day, but when somebody spills coffee on a chair or you discover a mysterious spot in the car, you’ll be very glad you have it.
2. Queenmew Ultrasonic Anti-Barking Device
If barking is becoming a problem around the house or yard, this is an interesting little device to try without using a shock collar. This device produces an ultrasonic sound intended to interrupt barking and get a dog’s attention. It has three ultrasonic modes, so you can adjust the setting depending on the dog and situation.
It’s rechargeable rather than something that needs a constant supply of disposable batteries, and the manufacturer says the 1500mAh battery can last up to 30 days on a full charge. It can also be mounted near a fence, wall, tree, or dog house, which makes it useful if the barking problem happens mainly outdoors.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: Dog-training gadgets can be surprisingly expensive for something you’re not sure will work with your particular dog. Dogs respond differently to ultrasonic devices, so this is exactly the kind of product I’d rather experiment with when the price is discounted.
3. Double-Sided Titanium/PP Cutting Board
This one caught my attention because it’s not just another plastic cutting board. It’s a large 16 x 11-inch double-sided board made with two different prep surfaces: one side uses titanium and the other uses PP. The idea is that you can keep one side for foods such as meat and use the other for fruits and vegetables instead of preparing everything on the same surface.
The titanium side is also appealing if you dislike what happens to ordinary plastic boards after months of chopping — deep knife marks, discoloration and lingering odors. The Amazon listing specifically promotes this board as odor resistant and easy to clean. One thing worth pointing out, though: this is not a solid block of titanium. It is a two-material, double-sided cutting board, which is important to understand before buying it.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: Cutting boards are one of those everyday kitchen items we tend to keep much longer than we probably should. If yours is badly scratched, stained or permanently smells like onions, a Prime Day discount is a good excuse to replace it with something a little different.
4. The Pink Stuff Miracle Foaming Toilet Cleaner
Cleaning a toilet is never going to become an exciting household job, but watching this powder turn into a big bowl of pink foam at least makes it a little more interesting.
The Pink Stuff Miracle Foaming Toilet Cleaner comes as a powder that you pour into the toilet bowl. Add it to the water and it activates into pink foam that spreads around the bowl. You let it work, give stubborn areas a scrub if they need it, and flush. It’s designed to help with everyday grime, stains and limescale, and this particular bundle contains six treatments.
What I like about products like this is that they do some of the soaking for you. Instead of immediately attacking the bowl with a brush and cleaner, you can give the foam time to loosen the buildup first.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: It’s a consumable rather than another gadget you have to find room for, and a multipack makes sense if the Prime Day price drops enough. This would also be a fun little addition to a household-cleaning gift basket. But I am still waiting for the self-cleaning toilet. THAT I would buy in an instant!
5. Leebein Electric Spin Scrubber
This is essentially a power tool for cleaning the bathroom — and it can save a surprising amount of scrubbing.
The Leebein electric scrubber has a spinning cleaning head, two speeds, an extendable handle that adjusts up to 54 inches, and eight interchangeable brush heads. Different heads can be used for tile, grout, tubs, showers, floors, corners, windows and other surfaces. The long handle is probably the biggest attraction: you can reach shower walls and floors without spending the entire cleaning session bent over or on your knees.
It’s cordless and rechargeable with USB-C, and the manufacturer lists up to 90 minutes of runtime after a full charge. The brush unit is also rated IPX7 for water resistance, although the manufacturer specifically says it should not be operated submerged in water.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: This is exactly the sort of cleaning gadget I would wait to buy on sale. If you have a tiled shower, bathtub, lots of grout, or simply hate scrubbing bathroom surfaces by hand, it could take some of the physical work out of the job.
6. Bull Shot Pro Pet Stain & Odor Remover
I have myself two dogs, very well behaved, but accidents do happen. If you have pets, you know what I am talking about. Sometimes the problem isn’t just getting rid of a visible stain. You also need to deal with whatever caused the smell — especially if you don’t want your pet returning to the same spot.
Bull Shot Pro is a foaming enzyme cleaner made for organic pet messes such as urine, vomit and feces, as well as muddy paws, food spills and other stains. Instead of a thin spray that immediately runs away from the spot, it comes out as a thick foam that stays on the surface while it works. It can be used on carpets, area rugs, upholstery, pet beds and other suitable fabric surfaces.
Another reason this one caught my attention is convenience. You don’t need to pull out a carpet-cleaning machine for one small accident. Shake the can, spray the spot and let the cleaner do its job. The formula is unscented, too, which I think is a plus for anyone who doesn’t want a strong perfume trying to cover up another smell.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: Pet stain removers are one of those things that are much better to have in the house before you need one. A good sale is a reasonable time to keep a can on hand for the next carpet, sofa or pet-bed emergency.
7. 3D Stacked Books Mug for Book Lovers
This might be my favorite “just because it’s fun” item on the list, also because I am thinking about is as a Christmas gift for my husband (don’t tell him!). The entire mug is sculpted to look like a stack of vintage books. The details are three-dimensional and hand-painted, so it looks almost like something you would find tucked into the corner of an old library.
It holds 14 ounces, is made from ceramic, and according to the listing it can go in both the microwave and dishwasher. It also comes in a gift box, which immediately makes it useful for more than Prime Day shopping for yourself. I can see this being a very easy gift for a reader, librarian, teacher, book-club friend—or that person whose house already contains more books than furniture.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: This isn’t something anybody desperately needs, and that’s precisely why I’d rather buy it on sale. It’s unusual enough to make a memorable gift, but still practical enough that it won’t just sit on a shelf collecting dust.
8. HappyPo Portable Bidet
This is one of those products that can sound slightly odd until you realize how useful it could be while traveling.
The HappyPo is basically a portable, manual bidet. Fill the bottle with water, position the angled nozzle, squeeze, and you get a controlled stream of water without needing batteries, plumbing, electricity, or a special toilet attachment. This XL version holds 50% more water than the original model and comes with a travel bag.
It can be useful for travel, camping, bathrooms without a bidet, postpartum care, or simply for anyone who prefers washing with water instead of relying entirely on toilet paper or wet wipes. And because there are no electronics involved, there really isn’t much to set up: fill, squeeze, rinse and put it away.
This one also has a very established Amazon track record: the listing currently shows more than 25,000 ratings with a 4.3-star average.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: It’s inexpensive, compact and useful enough to keep in a suitcase even if you already have a bidet at home. It could also be one of those surprisingly practical purchases you end up wondering why you didn’t buy sooner.
9. Rechargeable Self-Stirring Coffee Mug
Yes, apparently we have reached the point where even stirring our coffee can be automated. Useful when you don’t have a spoon nearby.
This stainless-steel mug has a small magnetic stirrer built into the bottom. Press the button and it mixes the drink for you, which is especially handy for things that don’t dissolve instantly—powdered creamer, cocoa, milk powder and similar drink mixes. Press the button again to stop it. The magnetic stirrer is removable for cleaning, and the mug itself is rechargeable by USB rather than relying on disposable batteries.
It also has a lid, so it works as more than a novelty desk toy. I can see it being particularly useful at a desk when you make coffee or tea and realize five minutes later that everything you added has settled at the bottom again. One important detail: the seller says the mug should not be submerged or put in the dishwasher because of the electrical components.
The Amazon listing currently has more than 700 ratings with a 4.1-star average, so this isn’t one of those strange gadgets with three reviews and a suspiciously enthusiastic description.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: This falls squarely into the “I probably wouldn’t pay full price for it, but now I want one” category—which is exactly where Prime Day tends to get dangerous.
10. AquaVault ChargeCard Ultra-Thin Portable Charger
This is something I will definitely buy for myself. Most portable chargers solve one problem and create another: now you have to carry a chunky battery and remember the charging cable. The ChargeCard is interesting because it’s designed to stay in your wallet or purse until you need it.
It measures only about 3.3 x 2.2 inches and is just 0.18 inch thick, with a stainless-steel body and a 2300mAh battery. Even better, the charging cables are built right into it—USB-C, Lightning and Micro USB—so there’s no separate cord to hunt for at the bottom of your bag. Four little LED indicators show how much battery power remains.
With 2300mAh, this isn’t meant to replace one of those big power banks that can recharge your phone several times. Think of it more as emergency power: enough of a boost to get through the rest of the day, make a call, pull up a boarding pass or use your maps when your phone suddenly announces that it has 3% battery left.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: I really like the idea of a charger you can simply leave in your wallet instead of remembering to pack one. This would also make a useful gift for travelers, commuters, teenagers—or anyone whose phone seems permanently stuck below 20%.
11. Silvery Silver-Infused Bed Sheets
These sheets caught my attention because they’re doing something a little different from the usual “extra soft luxury sheets” pitch. Silver after all has well-documented anti-bacterial properties.
Silvery makes these from 120 GSM microfiber infused with silver ions. The manufacturer says the silver technology helps the fabric stay fresher between washes, and promotes the sheets as temperature-regulating as well. The Queen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and two pillowcases.
One thing I would make clear before buying: these are microfiber sheets, not cotton, linen or silk. That matters because some people love the very smooth, soft feel of microfiber while others strongly prefer natural fibers. This particular set currently has roughly 2,100 Amazon reviews with an average rating around 4.2 stars, so plenty of buyers have had time to put them through normal washing and sleeping rather than reviewing them straight out of the package.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: Bedding can get expensive surprisingly fast, so this is the sort of product where a substantial discount matters. I’d especially consider these if you like silky-feeling microfiber sheets and are curious about the silver-infused fabric without paying the prices charged by some of the heavily advertised silver-sheet brands.
12. George Foreman 4-Serving Indoor Grill
The George Foreman grill has been around forever (actually, about 30 years) for a reason: it makes a quick dinner ridiculously simple. Put the food on, close the lid, and both sides cook at the same time. And the best thing? You can cook almost everything on it!
This 4-serving model has a 60-square-inch cooking surface, so there’s enough room for burgers, chicken, sandwiches, vegetables and other small meals without taking over the kitchen counter. The nonstick plates are removable—which, to me, is one of the most important features because they can go straight into the dishwasher instead of making you clean the entire appliance around the sink. Amazon also says this version heats 35% faster than earlier models.
And this is definitely not an untested Amazon gadget. The listing currently has a 4.6-star rating from more than 32,000 reviews.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: If you cook for one or two people, don’t want to turn on the oven for every meal, or need something fast for lunch, this is the kind of appliance that can earn its counter space. The removable plates make this particular version much more appealing to me than the older grills that were harder to clean.
13. Wyze Cam OG Indoor/Outdoor Security Camera
A home security camera doesn’t have to be complicated or terribly expensive. The Wyze Cam OG is a small plug-in Wi-Fi camera that can be used indoors or outdoors and gives you 1080p live video, color night vision, motion and sound alerts, two-way audio, a built-in spotlight and a siren. I am not sure exactly how this works but my husband tells me it should work with any device that can run Amazon Alexa.
One feature I especially like is the option for local recording. Add a compatible microSD card up to 256GB and the camera can record continuously without requiring a subscription for that local storage. Wyze does offer a paid Cam Plus service for additional cloud storage and AI features, but you don’t have to subscribe just to record locally.
There are a couple of details worth knowing before buying. It connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, not 5GHz, and although the camera is IP65-rated for outdoor use, Wyze says its outdoor power adapter is required outside and is sold separately.
The model currently has about 19,700 Amazon reviews and a 4.4-star average, which is reassuring for something you’ll be depending on to keep an eye on your home.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: Security cameras are one of those products where you may eventually want more than one—for the front door, garage, backyard, pets or another room. A Prime Day discount can make starting or expanding a camera setup considerably cheaper.
14. Solar Watering Can Garden Light
This is completely unnecessary, and I still think it’s charming. I can’t even explain why I want it, but I do.
During the day, it looks like a blue decorative watering can hanging from a butterfly shepherd’s hook. At night, six strands of tiny warm-white lights hang from the spout and create the effect of glowing water pouring into the garden. There are 36 LEDs on flexible copper wire, so you can arrange the strands around flowers or plants instead of simply letting them hang straight down.
The solar panel charges during the day and the lights switch on automatically at dusk. According to the manufacturer, 6–8 hours of full sunlight can provide roughly 8–12 hours of light. There’s no electrical cord to run across the yard, and the light strands are rated IP65 for outdoor weather.
It currently has a 4.4-star Amazon rating from about 690 reviews.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: This would be a nice inexpensive way to add a little light to a patio, flower bed or porch, but I also see it as a very easy gift for someone who loves gardening. It looks more interesting than another ordinary solar stake light, and there are no wires or outlets to deal with.
15. Rechargeable Heated Gloves
Cold hands can make even a short walk outside miserable, and regular insulated gloves can only do so much. These rechargeable heated gloves have heating elements built in, so instead of simply trapping the warmth your hands produce, they generate their own.
I thought these are a gimmick I could do without until one day about two years ago when I was walking my dog in Oakville, ON (Canada) on a nice and sunny January day. For those who don’t know, “sunny” in January means usually bitter cold.
They come with two rechargeable 7.4V 3000mAh batteries and have three heat settings. The manufacturer lists temperatures from about 113°F on low up to 149°F on high, with up to eight hours of warmth depending on the setting. A battery indicator on each glove also shows how much charge is left, which is much better than discovering the battery is dead halfway through an afternoon outside.
They’re windproof and water-resistant, have adjustable cuffs, and the fingertips work with touchscreens, so you don’t have to take a warm glove off every time you want to check your phone. They currently have a 4.4-star Amazon rating from more than 300 reviews.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: Heated gloves can cost considerably more than ordinary winter gloves, so this is exactly the kind of purchase I’d wait to find on sale. They could be especially useful for skiing, walking the dog, shoveling snow, outdoor sporting events or anyone who seems to spend the entire winter saying, “My hands are freezing.”
16. KOVNLO Women’s Heated Vest
A heated vest is basically a wearable heating pad that doesn’t require you to stay attached to the sofa. I bought something like this when for some reason my shoulder started hurting and it really helped.
This KOVNLO vest has three heating levels and, more importantly, three independently controlled heating zones. You can turn different zones on or off instead of heating the entire vest at the same level. The heating areas include the back and the front near the hand pockets, so slipping your hands into those pockets gives them some extra warmth too.
The outer fabric is 100% nylon and is described as wind- and water-resistant. There are three zippered pockets—two for your hands and a separate one for the power bank. The vest can also be machine washed after the battery is removed.
One detail you definitely need to know before ordering: the battery pack is not included. You need a compatible USB power bank to operate the heating system. That’s easy to miss when comparing heated vests, and it should be included in the cost when you’re deciding whether the Prime Day price is really a bargain. The vest currently has about 2,500 Amazon ratings with a 4.4-star average.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: I like heated clothing because you can add warmth without adding another huge, bulky layer. This could be especially useful for walking, watching outdoor sports, working in a cold garage, traveling somewhere chilly—or for the person who is cold when everyone else in the room insists the temperature is fine.
17. Eoguasa App-Controlled Heated Socks
I didn’t know I needed socks with an app, but I can see the advantage once batteries and winter boots are involved.
These heated socks have rechargeable 5000mAh batteries on each leg for a combined 10,000mAh capacity. The manufacturer says they can provide up to 10 hours of warmth on the lowest setting. The heating fibers extend around the foot rather than warming just one small spot, and the temperature can be adjusted from approximately 104°F to 140°F.
You can control the heat level, set a timer and check the remaining battery from an app on your phone. That may sound slightly excessive for socks until you imagine them buried underneath pants and winter boots. You don’t have to stop, pull everything up and start pressing tiny buttons just because your feet are getting too warm. There is still a physical control button on the battery if you don’t want to use your phone.
They’re washable, designed for both men and women, and currently have a very high 4.8-star Amazon average, although this is a newer listing with just over 100 ratings—something I would keep in mind compared with products that have thousands of reviews.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: Warm socks are good. Socks with their own heating system are better when you’re going to be outside for hours. Skiing, hunting, ice fishing, winter hiking, sporting events or even a freezing workshop are all situations where these could be much more useful than they initially sound.
18. Mubarek Sleepy Cat Night Light
Some Prime Day purchases solve serious household problems. This one is here because it’s ridiculously cute.
The Mubarek Sleepy Cat is a soft silicone night light shaped like a sleeping cat. It has 16 colors, five brightness levels and a color-changing mode, and you can control it either by tapping the lamp or with the included remote. The soft silicone body is squishy rather than hard plastic, so it works as both a little bedside light and a fun piece of room decor.
It’s rechargeable, too. The built-in 1200mAh battery is rated for up to about 10 hours on a charge, so it doesn’t have to stay plugged in beside the bed. At roughly 6 inches tall, it’s also small enough for a nightstand, desk, dorm room or child’s room.
And this isn’t one of those cute Amazon finds with twelve suspicious reviews. It currently has about 1,400 ratings with a 4.5-star average.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: At around the price of a small gift, this is an easy one to add to a Christmas list. Cat lovers are the obvious audience, but I can also see it being a fun gift for a teenager, college student, grandchild—or an adult who has absolutely no intention of outgrowing cute things.
19. Bell + Howell Socket Fan Light
This is one of the more clever products on the list because installation is almost absurdly simple. It turns an ordinary ceiling light socket into both a light and a small ceiling fan.
Instead of wiring in a conventional fan, the Bell + Howell Socket Fan Light screws into a standard E26 light socket much like a light bulb. It provides 1000 lumens of LED light and has three fan speeds and three light settings. A remote lets you operate the fan and light separately, so you can run either one or both at the same time.
It’s about 15.7 inches across, so this isn’t intended to replace a big ceiling fan in a large living room. I think the interesting uses are the smaller spaces where adding a conventional ceiling fan would be annoying or expensive: a laundry room, small bedroom, garage, basement, workshop or walk-in closet. A socket extender is included for fixtures where the bulb socket sits farther inside the ceiling fixture.
The Amazon listing has been around since 2022 and currently has more than 6,000 ratings with roughly a 4.4-star average, which I like seeing on an unusual electrical gadget like this.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: Installing a traditional ceiling fan can turn into a project. This one basically says, “Do you have a light socket?” If the answer is yes, you can add some air circulation without hiring an electrician or doing new wiring. For the right small room, that’s a very appealing idea.
20. Grill Armor Glow-in-the-Dark Heat-Resistant Gloves
These look a little more serious than ordinary oven mitts—and they can handle much more than pulling a casserole out of the oven.
Grill Armor gloves are made with heat-resistant aramid fibers similar to materials used in protective clothing. They’re EN407 certified and rated for brief contact with temperatures up to 932°F. The silicone grips cover both sides of the gloves, and because they have individual fingers instead of the usual oven-mitt shape, you have much better control when handling grill tools, Dutch ovens, cast-iron pans and hot baking dishes.
This particular version also glows in the dark, which is a surprisingly sensible feature if you barbecue or sit around a fire after sunset. They’re machine washable, cut resistant and can be used on either hand. One important limitation: they are not designed to protect your hands from hot liquids, and they shouldn’t be used wet.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: Good heat-resistant gloves aren’t just for the grill. I can see using these for baking bread in a Dutch oven, handling cast iron, pizza stones, smokers, fireplaces and campfires. And the glow-in-the-dark version would make a fun gift for the person who takes grilling very seriously.
21. Prepared Hero Emergency Fire Blanket
This is not the most exciting thing on my Prime Day list, but it might be one of the smartest. In my opinion it is a must in any kitchen or workshop and I have a number of these myself already.
The Prepared Hero Emergency Fire Blanket is a 39 x 39-inch woven fiberglass blanket designed to smother a small fire by cutting off its oxygen supply. It comes folded inside a compact pouch with two pull tabs, so you can hang it somewhere accessible in the kitchen, garage, RV or other area where a small fire could start. The blanket meets the EN 1869 fire-blanket standard.
I especially like the simplicity. There are no pins to pull, gauges to check or instructions to decipher in a panic. Pull the tabs, unfold the blanket and carefully cover a small fire. It also doesn’t leave the powdery mess that a traditional fire extinguisher can leave behind. Prepared Hero sells this particular Amazon package as a two-pack, which means you can keep them in two different locations instead of moving one around the house.
And this is one product where the review history really stands out: recent Amazon tracking data shows about 32,000 reviews with a 4.8-star rating.
A fire blanket is for a small, containable fire—not a reason to stay and fight a fire that is spreading. For a stovetop pan fire, U.S. fire-safety guidance also recommends turning off the burner and covering the pan with a lid or baking sheet when it is safe to do so; if a fire is large or spreading, get out and call emergency services.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: This is one of those things I hope I would never use. But unlike another kitchen gadget, having it hanging nearby could matter on the one day you really need it. A sale is a good excuse to add one to the kitchen, garage, RV or camper.
22. VocVoi Uncoated Titanium Frying Pan
This one is interesting if you’re tired of replacing nonstick pans because the coating eventually scratches, flakes or simply stops being nonstick. It’s even more interesting if you ask yourself where all those bits of non-stick coating end up when scratched: probably your food.
The VocVoi frying pan uses an uncoated pure-titanium cooking surface rather than a conventional PTFE or ceramic nonstick coating. The manufacturer says the cooking surface is 99.86% titanium and contains no PFAS, PTFE or PFOA coating. Underneath, the pan uses a five-layer clad construction so it can work on induction as well as gas, electric and ceramic cooktops.
The surface has a hammered micro-texture designed to reduce the amount of food touching the pan and help distribute oil. But I would not describe this as exactly the same as a traditional coated nonstick skillet. The manufacturer itself recommends proper preheating and a little oil or butter for easier food release. That seems like an important distinction before somebody buys an expensive titanium pan expecting eggs to slide around on a completely dry surface.
It can handle very high temperatures—the manufacturer rates the pan itself for oven use up to 1000°F—and there isn’t a conventional nonstick coating to peel off. It’s also metal-utensil safe and dishwasher safe, although hand washing will probably keep it looking nicer.
The Amazon listing has accumulated roughly 1,400 ratings with about a 4.3-star average, which is a substantial number for a relatively expensive and unusual type of cookware.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: This is exactly the kind of item where I would wait for a serious sale. It’s considerably more expensive than an ordinary frying pan, but the attraction is that you’re buying an uncoated cooking surface rather than another pan whose nonstick layer may eventually need replacing.
23. YUQUESEN Lightweight Cordless Leaf Blower
A full-size leaf blower can feel like overkill when all you want to do is clear the patio, blow dust out of the garage or get a handful of leaves off the driveway. This YUQUESEN blower is the much smaller handheld version.
It weighs about 2.8 pounds and comes with two rechargeable batteries, a charger and a storage case. The seller advertises a high-speed 980,000 RPM motor, but what matters more to me is what a little blower like this is useful for: dry leaves, grass clippings, dust, patios, decks, garages and other quick cleanup jobs.
In my opinion the advertised 980,000 RPM is an error because a typical blower rarely goes above 1/10 of this value (90,000). But even with 1/10 of the RPM, this blower is at the high end of the range.
Having two batteries is especially useful with a compact cordless tool. Independent testing of this model found roughly 13–15 minutes of high-speed use per battery, or around 26 minutes combined. That should be plenty for smaller jobs, but I wouldn’t buy this expecting it to clear a large yard full of heavy, wet leaves. Reviewers and testers consistently describe portability as its strength rather than the raw power of a full-size blower.
It also has a strong review history for this type of inexpensive tool. The current Amazon listing is tracking at about 4.4 stars from more than 1,500 ratings.
Why it’s worth watching on Prime Day: I like small cordless tools for jobs where pulling out the big equipment feels like more trouble than the cleanup itself. This one could be handy for a porch, patio, garage, RV or small yard—and the second battery and storage case make the package more useful than buying the blower alone.
Did you find this list interesting? Perhaps you intend to buy any of these items, maybe the pretty watering can, the funny stacked books mug or the very useful titanium pan? Let’s hope they will be on sale!
