Amazon good deals for sewing enthusiasts (and not only)

Who else has over-shopped a little but found some great deals this weekend? Black Friday happened, and no, I didn’t need a new cell phone, but I bought one. Neither did I need a TV, but I also bought one. And you know what? It turned out I did need a phone and a TV!

The phone replaces my – now already ancient 4 years old! – my cell phone and the TV finally gets rid of the jumble of cables that was on my stand in the living room. Don’t be fooled by the price, the phone is no toy – yes, it is not the latest and brightest, but with the largest battery on the market, a very large screen, and one of the fastest processors out there, it is, in my opinion, a real bargain at this price.

Of course, my purchases were in late 2020, by now there are newer versions of both the TV and the phone.

And for all of you out there who have thousands of embroidery designs that are becoming more and more difficult to store, here is what I did: I bought a hard drive like this (mine is only 4Tb, this is 5Tb) and now all my designs sit comfortably on it, I don’t need extra power cables to access them and I can move to any computer easily. The hard drive is so easy to access, that it is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand.
